Professor Peng is a great teacher. I had a hard time understanding the course material, but he would take the time after class to answer any questions I had. I could also stop by his office for extra help and he would drop whatever he was doing to assist me. He is very knowledgeable and committed to his students. But you still have to work hard.

I had Prof. Peng for two semesters in a row and would take him again if I could. He is very fair with his class and is always available if you need help. If you show initiative you will be fine. Just remember its finance not accounting!

Bad teacher. Constantly makes mistakes in his emails. Extremely short tempered. Does not like women. Has no real world experience to add to the class. His Bio says he's teaching from his investing experience, he did not share any of his experiences. Will single you out in class if he does not like you. Don't take it, go over his head. BAD!!!

Dr. Peng was a great teacher, whenever you need help he is willing to sit down with you and go over it, and if he doesn't have the answer he'll find it. The tests and quizzes are fair and are based on all your hw, the key is the HW! He knows his stuff and is very friendly! The class was a great class to take!
