Joe is a friendly, jolly, funny guy but as far as teaching goes I dont recommend him if you are taking him to gain knowledge in the TCOM field. He is a rather easy teacher, but I learned very little about my major through him. He is careless and throws a lot of weight on his TAs. Dont take him if you are out to learn about your major.

I thought this was a terrible class. Joe is nice and a cool guy, but a bad teacher. All he talked about in class was how to do the assignments. 50% of the material we were tested over was stuff that was never even mentioned in class, which meant 100 pages of teaching yourself before each test.

Well, all of you TCOM 100 survivors, you will like this better than 100. Karen Riggs is a joke and 100 is a joke. This class actually has something to do with TCOM and Joe is a great teacher. Makes you think, and the tests are easy as hell.

Unlike TCOM100, this class actually has something to do with TCOM. I actually enjoyed doing some of the work for this class, and although he's a little unorganized, it was still a good and informative class. Gotta love multiple choice tests with 3 choices

This class is a waste of time, you will finish the quarter and think, "What the hell was the point of that?" Richie is cool, but he's almost TOO cool. 110 is required but be prepared for an unsubstantial, uninteresting class.
