I actually had him for several classes. Amazing teacher. Hilarious, very helpful, always clarifies things and will go faaaar beyond the call of duty to help a student. He teaches his classes in a way that will keep you interested and grades not to fail you, but to challenge you to step up, learn the material and participate. best professor ever

It is something to behold when a teacher can lecture for three hours straight about a topic and still show much enthusiasm for it at the end, when the rest of us are burnt out from copying notes and wrapping our brains around complex historical data. Defelice is a very, very good teacher...but I do wish he would limit the pop culture references.
