BRILLIANT professor! Made psychobio fun! Wrote the book for the class - you will use the book all semester, but he adds random comicality, so it's fun to read. Attendance is not mandatory, but he clarifies everything in lecture (so go to class!). You have to know the material well for the tests. Makes time for students outside class. Recommend!

He is one of the only professors that I have had who goes out of his way to make his tests rediculously difficult. You can not study and feel confident about anything. Seems like a nice guy, otherwise. Very viberal in his politics, but....... I would not ever take him again.

Dr. Eisler is a great professor with a passion for what he does. His tests are very hard, you have to both know the material and be able to critically think about what you know. And definetly this class is not for those who do not believe in putting some time into a good grade in the class. He is fun though, I learned a lot...

This class was very interesting if you like animals, but it was also hard. The test's were really hard, but he has extra credit oppritunities, and is fair.

Great guy - hard professor! You have to know the stuff backwards and forwards to pass his tests. Take advantage of his reviews - they pay off!! Interesting material though - you learn a lot.

He knows a lot and the lectures can be a bit overwhelming sometimes. But you have to know your stuff WELL on the tests or you don't have a chance, so if you don't understand what point he's trying to make in lecture, ASK HIM and he's totally willing to clarify. Interesting class if you like animals.

Dr. Eisler is FABULOUS. Yes, his tests are very difficult... Only if you're not prepared. If you put the necessary prep time into it, you'll do just fine. Also, Dr. Eisler is always willing to help you as much as possible. Best prof I've ever had between UNF and Northeastern University.

LOVED the class, but still had to drop it so it wouldn't screw up my GPA. His tests are the most difficult tests I have ever taken, despite hours of studying. I've never had a professor write a paragraph for the quesion AND the options. His tests were complicated novels. Don't even THINK about skipping if you want to do well and you better read!

Wow I had a completely different experience. I Hated this class. I think Dr. Eisler is a really nice guy but his lectures were useless. I didnt learn anything. The best part of the class were the movies we watched. Note taking is very difficult. I sat many times with a pen in my hand and a blank sheet of paper...very unclear lectures

Taking this class w/ Dr. Eisler was great. He tells stories that make it interesting, but you need to go to class and take good notes to do well, 'cause the book is not very helpful and the tests are long.

You have to pay attention and come to class to make a good grade. You have to know the material to do well on the tests. He offers a lot of extra credit which can help your grade but if you are looking for an easy class where you can your way to an A this is not the class for you.

You learn a lot in this class. There is no need to buy the book. However, you must not miss a class, otherwise you will do poorly on the exam. You also must write down every word he says. There are four exams and that is it. It was a pretty good class over all and Dr. E really wants everyone to do well.

He's brilliant, has a great sense of humor, and explains things thoroughly. Tests are very difficult and require you to really know the material, so you have to come to class and take good notes. Slackers need not apply!

not an 'easy A' by any means, but if you take good notes and attend all classes (and study of course), he makes everything very clear. He'll help you out until you get it. He's a very nice guy and funny.

Lots of EC! Uses many big words which lends him to be unclear, but not unhelpful. Very hard but study and do well.
