He's nice and knowledgeable but he talks WAYYY too much and is way more artsy than technical which would be fine but its a History of Architecture class. So tech us about the architecture because I could watch videos at home which he insists on showing all class most classes. He keeps classes late asks way too much for homework in the class

I have this guy as my advisor, and he seems like a nice guy. I also had him as a lecturer. He really loves what he teaches and gets excited. He also talks TO you, not at you. Covers basic concepts instead of stupid things that you'll never remember. His test was basically to analyze a building-- no stupid details and memorization of names/date

His lectures are interesting i guess. He expects sketches in the blink of an eye though. And expect to waste at least the first half of class reviewing and getting told stories. we were supposed to have 12 different lectures, we've gotten throguh 7. Boring, half the class sleeps.

Nice, understandable. He SCREWED me on the exam. He said months ahead of time the exam would be multiple choice from chapters x thru z. I studied all the last 2 nights for a test i knew i would only need to recognize the correct answers. The day of the test he switched it to a 5 question written test and i got an F along with about 2/3 of the clas

Ellis is a good guy.... he is realy smart and he still practices.. All of his works are amazing.. I have a lot of respect for him.. He was a clear speaker and had good lectures..
