Professor Elwood is one of those very rare people who still has that childlike enthusiasm for physics and communicates it to his students. He makes every class engaging and fun. The work is pretty challenging, but in the best way- it's challenging because you're learning a lot and he really wants you to push yourself. He's an amazing professor!

Best professor ever to grace East Stroudsburg University. I've had 3 classes with him and still wish I could take more. His ability to convey his knowledge of physics is just unbelievable. He cares more than any professor on that campus and is willing to put in the hours to teach you. You would be a fool to pass up the chance of having a class him.

Probably the only professor who should be teaching physics at ESU, besides Buckley. He goes above and beyond to help you whenever there is time. Will try to help you however he can. Is understanding and seems to care. Take him, even if his material is harder.

Hard class. His quizzes and exams are the real deal. He is a really nice professor though. He stays in his office later then all the others in his department so he can help students. He is fvery intelligent, funny and has a passion for physics which he passes down to almost anyone who takes him. And I'm not even a physics major lol

This guy is a really great teacher and person. He is very intelligent and the class isn't easy, but he really wants people to learn and do well. He puts in a lot of time helping kids out of class and I respect any teacher who does that. He is also funny and upbeat. His good nature makes taking his class fun as well.
