I absolutely love Dr. Finley! LOL he is hilarious but he will try to be sarcastic and get smart with you sometimes when you ask a question LOL Having the book was mandatory for this class! and study for the tests and you will be fine. BUT He gave us huge curves like literally almost 10 pts sometimes !!

Pay keen attention folks lol. He's really funny and eccentric. There's seriously no reason to make below an A. H/w was 52% of grade and he did it in class and dropped the lowest one. Didn't use the book but we used myitlab and they would take off points for things you did correctly. He's cute so I had no problem going to class. He's a cool guy.

Class was an easy A !! 3 tests, 11 homework assignments. Barely used book, it was only for clarity. MyITlab is necessary to complete task. Attendance is mandatory for like the first two weeks. Maybe not that. I rarely came and made an A. TAKE THIS CLASS!!!!

Definitely need to study every day for this class. Uses note cards to call on people but allows you to pass if you don't know the answer. Did not like the Impromptu writing assignment and Letter to International Organization. Grades fairly. Would take again.

Dr. Finley's class is an easy A. It's just excel and Access, but he shows us different ways to complete tasks. The only issue I had was that the myitlab practices are very particular on how you do something. Dr. Finley is very understanding on that. 3 in-class assignments, 9 tests online (1 for each chapter), and the final.

EXCELLENT TEACHER. This class was a blast. He is very intelligent. Every day he worked through the problems in the book and went over them at every possible angle. Tests can be confusing but he clarifies any misunderstandings as long as you ask. WILLING TO HELP! Took him fall of 2010. Made an A in the class. STUDY PEOPLE!..... it WILL PAY OFF!

This class was pretty easy. Most of it was stuff that I had learned in previous classes and what you didn't know you could easily learn by following along in class. He is a very nice, laid back guy, and funny! He says you need the text book but have never used mine. Take this class!

He did not convey information very well. His testing and projects all had to be done in class, no notes, no open book and produced within the hour 15 min class. More a point and click class which did not help. He seemed to teach toward the students with previous EXCEL & ACCESS.

I took Dr. Finley's BUSA 3135 class on-line over the summer. He was very interesting, even on-line. He was always willing to help anytime that you needed it. The work isn't easy, but we are in college so it shouldn't be. be prepared to work and have a lot of fun at the same time. Excellent professor.

Test are very hard. He gives a study guide but it covers almost everything in the whole book. Gives random unannounced quizes. Gives way too much work and papers to write. Very demanding class. "Tries" to be funny. Can be a jerk at times with his seemingly not caring attitude.

Dr. Finley is great! He knows the material well and he finds a way to make it interesting for students. There's a group project, but he gives you all semester to work on it. Keep up with the geography and chapters, and you'll find the class easy and enjoyable.
