Comment:

Fuller is intelligent and cares about Urban Planning and Economics, but is terribly boring to listen to. In this class, he printed out 5+ pages of personal notes as "handouts" every day and didn't even go over concepts covered in the textbook, even though the exams were almost entirely textbook material. Don't expect to learn too much in this one.

Comment:

Dr. Fuller was very helpful, and I enjoyed both of the classes I had with him, plus being his RA a couple of times. We had a lot of laughs and fun in the class as well (like when the civil engineering grad students in the class "generated" their term papers as opposed to "writing them." As Dr. Fuller would say, "oh my!"

This class has a rediculous amount of reading on horribly boring material. The exams are very specific on material read and seen in videos. If you don't want to dedicate your semester to one class, do not take this one.
