Dr. Hepp is always avaliable for consult, gives helpful feedback, and is organized so much that you should know exactly what to do, and what grade you should get based on your writing. I took Hepp's 101 online course. It's all papers and his prompts can be confusing sometimes so if you don't like to write, don't take this class. He seems to be a fair grader, he definately tells you whats needed to receive certain grades. He never sent feedback like he said he would though.

Hepp is VERY enthusiastic about what he teaches, and he knows a lot as well. He's the only professor I know who can tie a Bruce Springsteen song into a class lesson, and have it make sense.
