He seemed a bit confused, but his class was easy and full of good everyday information.

Dr. H is a great person, with that said he is a horrible physics teacher. He can explain the theory of Physics very well but with actual application like say what the MCAT would have on it you will need to teach yourself. If you just want to learn what physics is like then take him but if you actually want to learn how to use it take somewhere else

There is no reason not to take this science core and there is absolutely no reason not to do well, unless you either A) don't show up ever to class, or B) turn in all the quizzes blank.

Dr. Herrmann is an incredible guy. I love talking with him outside of class. In class, however, I have one bit of advice - KNOW WHAT THE MATERIAL IS BEFORE IT IS DISCUSSED! His explanations are not very straightfoward and clear. Daily homework too - good, but tough. I recommend him if you're very familiar with the material.

Nice guy, keeps it simple, overall not too hard. Partial credit for EVERYTHING (even wrong answers). Thought I'd hate it b/c it was physics, but it's really just a mix of all the physical sciences. No math too. The only way to mess this up is to blow off the quizzes.

Dr. Hermann is a fantastic professor - compassionate and brilliant. Makes physics accessible to the non-physics major

Physics is not my favorite subject, but Dr. Herrmann made it funny. He is really nice and has a great sense of humor.
