He is the sweetest man ever! You really learn something if you go to class. He is so funny he does bird impression if a song goes on he'll dance to it. He throws stuff to show energy potential. He is honestly the sweet man ever. and he has coloring books made about birds :D

You need to go to every single class, and he doesn't really go by the book. If you miss a lecture you will be very confused when it comes time for the exam because most of the topics he only covers in class and are not in the textbook

Rather tough grader, but encourages improvement. Sometimes goes off the syllabus and out of the textbook so make sure you go to EVERY SINGLE LECTURE (or have someone take really good notes). Very interesting lectures and applies more examples he's experienced himself to the lesson. Would recommend.

My favorite professor. He took me from a bumbling idiot underclassman and made me into an actual scientist. He helped me discover my passions and gave me all the tools I needed to succeed. His classes are hard, and you can't be late. If you're looking to coast, go elsewhere, if you want to learn more than you thought possible, he's your man!!

I loved this guy...he was such a great lecturer and it's not just because I love the subject, he's hilarious and extremely approachable. Three exams=awesome, studying was a breeze with his fabulous study guides. I plan on taking every course I can with him, and I completely would recommend him to anyone, regardless of the major!

He is extremely funny and very engaging when teaching biology. At the end of every chapter he assigns, he gives a study sheet filled with questions to do before a big exam. He does grade alittle harshly, you need to be able to put in as much detail in his exams to earn a good grade for the course.
