Easy course, easy marker, no need to go to class, rely entirely on textbook. But worst Prof I've ever had.Classes were boring.At one point he told the class he'd printed his lecture notes for the day off of Wikipedia. He was not helpful, especially when answering emails or questions. Do not take a course with this prof.

this teacher is fantastic. i had him for ethics in world religions and he really lets you express your opinions. we all got in GREAT discussions. attendance is not mandatory but go because of the discussions. if you like to talk this class is for you!

Atrocious - one of the worst professors I have ever had. Completely politically incorrect, makes fun of other religions. Classes were so boring, I wanted to gouge my eyes out. If I hadn't needed to credit to graduate, I would have dropped out after the first class (like half the class did).

Dont have to attend class.Read the text book and you'll do fine.Kind of a silly guy but really boring.Pauses a lot and doesn't finish his point.Reads off a piece of paper to guide him which makes it even more boring.when I went for extra help, didn't seem to interested.Definitely not recommended.I never go to class and I do fine.

I don't understand why so many students seem to be writting negatively about Father Perry. I found him so be quite funny and intrigueing. Okay, sometimes he's a little dull, and I didn't always apreciate the fact that he took attendence, but I as long as you show a little interest and try, he's fantastic!

I really like this class, if you don't like it, you probably don't understand it. There are SO many kids who are so closed minded and defensive of themselves for no reason. ITS A RELIGIOUS STUDIES CLASS, GET OVER YOURSELF, NOBODY CARES WHAT YOU ARE!!! Fr. John makes it bareable, he's really funny.

DO NOT TAKE A CLASS WITH THIS PROF. Honostly, he is the worst one i've ever had. His lectures are pointless, and the notes given in class do not help one bit on the assignments or tests. There are only about 4 people in the class who actually have a clue whats going on and the rest are just lost. So don't waste your time with this course.

never take a class with this prof. stay away from any course he may teach, he makes no sense at all and if i were ever inclined to speak with him i'd recommend he retire. his TA marks very unfairly and although she thinks she's quite superior in intelligence, this is only in comparison to Perry. i learned alot more from just reading my textbook
