Professor Ruff is an amazing professor. He really cares about his students and is super understanding. He is new to teaching writing in the health sciences, but he's getting better at it! I learned a lot from this class, and recommend taking it!

I took him for American Lit and he is by far one of the kindest and most compassionate professors I have ever had. He's not super organized but he is always prepared and cares tremendously about his students and what he teaches.

He was my first teacher and as a freshman, he made me feel very comfortable. He understands his students and cares about them. He gets our jokes and he has some good stories to share. He's an inspiring and wonderful person. He's an easy grader and if you try, he sees that and rewards that with good grades. Take him and enjoy it!!

Professor Ruff is my Core professor and he is AWESOME! Even though the class isn't all that exciting sometimes, he MAKES it exciting. He's a great person, he takes the time to learn everyone's names and genuinely cares about everyone. He makes sure everyone feels like a part of the group. If you have the chance to take Professor Ruff, jump at it. I had him a couple years ago and I'm still inspired by what he taught me. He's a wonderful person too. Invited our class over for dinner and still cares about students even after they've left his class. I give him an A+++.
