One of the best professors i have ever had. Very encouraging, extremely brilliant and inspiring. Class was difficult but very rewarding. Very passionate about the subject, never condescending or insulting.

So, this guy is mucho intelligent. That's one of his downfalls - he's on a completely different level than the typical freshman undergrad is. Very intelligent, AND he's British and quirky. LEARN AND MEMORIZE FORMULAS AND YOU WILL BE JUST FINE. Also, drop by his study sessions and ask for examples-he doesn't do many in class. Expect random tangents.

This class is pretty hard; it's definitely necessary to study. Even though sometimes his examples are a little complicated, I would recommend going to lectures (especially because he's just so hilarious sometimes). Difficult but not impossible. His British accent--very sexy.

He is a nice guy that will help you until you get it, just don't waste your time on lecture and only go to discussion and review nights. If you aren't motivated to study, you will fail this class. If you do study, you will make an easy A and get a personal email congrats from Turner himself

Lectures aren't bad but sometimes I just could not pay attention. His quizzes and tests are super long and if you don't study they're hard. He makes it so you're constantly studying. He's really helpful though..he has study nights like three nights a week where you can go and he answers people's questions and does problems and stuff.

This man is the best teacher I've ever had. he genuinely cares that you learn and do well, and will help you to no end if you only want to. One time I was confused about something and he stayed till 2:00 in the morning till he was sure I got it. He is not an easy teacher and his lectures are hard to follow, but if you want to do well, you will.

This class has taken over my life...it has been very difficult and his lectures are very hard to follow...ur best option is to attend his review sessions..he is a really nice guy tho and is always willing to help u!!..tests and quizzes are extremely long and worded crazy!!..o and quizzes are unnanounced...
