I'm out of school now, but this is definitely one I remember, I had him twice and really enjoyed the discussion he encouraged. Even if he didn't like my work, his comments at least shed light on what he felt didn't work.

Man, I hated him the first time I walked into class and ended up loving him. He's a great teacher-- and all the better for his quirks and loosely structured classes. Great sense of humor, taste in fiction, and knowledge of the real world.
