Hauger brings all his energy to class every day. That being said, he expects the same from you. His quizzes are easy, but his tests are hard, usually building on his class/book problems in new ways he hasnt gone over. If you are in class every day and constantly pay attention, you will be ok.

Such a great professor. Have never had such a professor in my life. You never have to study physics under him. He lives it. So passionate about his work. Wish he takes both 1st and 2nd part of physics.

Dr. Hauger is the best professor I've ever had, and honestly is one of the best all around people I've ever met. I definitely recommend taking him if you have the chance. He is there for you no matter what, and really cares about all his students. He is one of my all time favorite humans!

Dr. Hauger is the best teacher I have ever had. Not only is he a great teacher, he is a great person and has so much enthusiasm for what he does. Dr. Hauger is extremely helpful and is always around if you need him. I'm going to miss his class and his humor. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Hauger is AWESOME! Definitely going to miss his class and his enthusiasm. He definitely loves what he does and teaches you everything you need to know for the test. He cares for the students and is ALWAYS on campus, so if you need help with anything find him. he is more then willing to help!

Dr. Hauger is the most amazing professor ever. He has helped me outside of just physics in more ways than one. He lives for his students and does a lot to help them excel at everything they do. His class is so much fun and he is very funny. His tests can be a little hard but he offers lots of partial credit. I highly recommend him !

Dr. Hauger is the BEST professor at ASU. I am not a physics major but his class made me want to be. His tests are a little hard but he gives so much partial credit there is no way you can fail. Like he always says "I dont care if your numbers are different than mine, as long as I can see that you know how to do the physics, thats all that matters "

I practically failed physical science in high school and made an A in Dr. Hauger's class. I highly recommend taking a class with him even if you don't like physics/physical science. He's very personable and easy to talk to if you have problems. Class overall is pretty easy as long as you do your work.

Made the course interesting, engaging, and drew from real-world examples to help some of the slower students. I myself am very good at physics, but he definitely made extra effort to help thoroughly --both in and out of class. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

I took him over the summer, and he is an AWESOME professor. Very passionate about what he teaches, he makes it very fun! BUY THE BOOK! it is very helpful because he assigns homework from there that he pulls quiz and test problems from! very helpful in and outside of class. definitly take Dr. Haugher, he is the best!

Dr. Hauger is seriously amazing! I had absolutely no interest in physics and he made it really enjoyable for me! I am really going to miss that class! It is a little challenging, but if you do the assignments you should do well! He cares about each and every student and truly gets to know each student! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE!
