This was the hardest class I have ever taken in my entire life. I've never been so stressed about a class and considered dropping several times. One piece of advice: GO TO OFFICE HOURS. After I started going to office hours it got better but honestly the semester of stress isn't worth the curved grade at the end

Professor Cammarosano is an incredible man who brings a lifetime of knowledge to the classroom. He is an interesting lecturer who clearly cares deeply about his students inside and outside of the classroom. However, Mr. C does not care about students GPAs. A good grade in his words is a C+ or a B. DO NOT TAKE and expect an A. Look elsewhere for A.

Comment:
Dr. C's Macroeconomics class is incredibly difficult. His lectures are not boring but the content is hard to follow with the way he teaches. He gave my class a midterm, non-cumulative final, and a cumulative final. He does curve exams because everyone does poorly most of the time, but overall he's a really nice man who cares about his students.

Dr.C does his absolute best to teach a complicated intro course. He's a great man who will go through walls to make sure students do well. Do not plan on taking this class unless you visit him at office hours because he is extremely helpful here and loves getting to know Students . the class itself is not easy.

There is no one who is more experienced than Dr. C. He is a love of a man who really cares about his students and his lectures. He is a tough grader but gives large curves (like 12 points). Go to his office hours--the more he sees you, the better you will do. Make sure you read the textbook.

I always looked forward to this class. Professor Cammarosano has so many interesting experiences to share. This was the class I had to study for the most last year, but the grading criteria is very clear so you can do well if you study and do the problem sets. Go to office hours and put in the effort, and you'll do fine.

Cammarosano was a super sweet professor. I would take him again only because he curves so much and he really cares about his students. If you go to see him after class and just talk to him for a few minutes you should have no problem getting a B or higher. He's a little intimidating during class but during office hours you can tell he's kind.

As an internation student, I fould Mr C's lecture a little bit confusing and inexplicit, and the handouts he gave out were a little bit hard to read. Apart from that, he is a very caring and humourous person. He cares about every student and will actually be there all for you.

Great professor. He gives quizzes sometimes but always tells us one week ahead. He never collects problem sets but they are ESSENTIAL for the tests.

Dr. C is an overall great guy, but I definitely would not take him again. His quizzes were extremely hard for an entry level macro class. Only plus is he curves the tests and he has great stories and is a great asset to the Fordham community. Office hours are a MUST.

If you want to have any clue what's going on in class then I would avoid him at all costs. If you do take him be prepared to teach yourself most of the course because all of his lectures are confusing. If you do take him then print out the ERES notes and treat them like they're the textbook. Cool guy though. WWII vet and and advisor for JFK

Very enthusiastic and helpful. You surely can learn a lot about economics in his class. He makes his points very clear. The course is a bit of difficult, and you have to treat the entire textbook(the chapters he covers) as well as the lecture notes very carefully. However, he grades quite fairly and he will give extra points for some Qs for final.

This teacher is incredibly confusing. His tests are mostly written in cursive, and his teaching style is sporadic and uninformative. He yells nonstop, and has been using the same teaching material for thirty to forty years. He is enthusiastic in his class, but he doesn't actually teach the subject. I recommend avoiding this teacher.

This guy is great. WWII vet and former economic advisory to JFK (?). Yeah, he old, but he's a great guy. The tests are hard, but just put the outlines on your phone - he'll never know. If you have the opportunity to take his class, do it. He a wise old man and has a lot of great stories to share. Don't worry about the grade.

Dr. C is probably the most energetic 80+ man I've ever met. He cares about the students who show interest in the course, and he provides a lot of useful examples in his lessons. He's a bit old fashioned, and I would say that if you're not good at teaching math to yourself, you shouldn't take the course, because that threw me off most. Nice man tho

Very nice guy. From talking to the other economics people he apparently teaches different material which is pretty cool but also more difficult. He is very willing to talk during office hours and is someone I definitely learned a lot from not just economically but life in general. Take him if you're serious about economics.

Professor Cammarasano is my favorite teacher at fordham so far! He gives a few quizzes throughout the semester plus a midterm and final. He is totally fair, and will work with anyones schedule if you need extra help. If you read and attend his office hours from time to time there's no reason why you can't get a good grade in his class.
