I had taken several of Dr. Felder's classes during my MBA studies at Bradley. I don't remember the course number, but his is very smart and engaging in the subject of economics. He is a very passionate teacher and expects alot of effort from his students. Probably one of the best professors that I ever had.

I know a lot of people use this site for registering for classes and my advice is to any econ major, don't avoid Felder classes because of these negative comments and ratings, you may learn more in his classes than in any of your other classes. His classes are only as hard as you make them, just like any other class. I highly recommend Dr. Felder!

TERRIBLE TEACHER. Not only is the final over 13 chapters but the midterm is over 18! Two "discussions" and the two tests are the only grade. The discussion questions jump over all over the place and his notes are useless. He doesnt even remember what he himself says, AVOID AT ALL COSTS. way to ruin economics for someone who was initially interested

AVOID!!! Terrible class!! 2 Grades all semester. Mid-term is over 10 chapters and it's 1/3 of the grade. The final is 2/3 of the grade and it's over all 20 chapters!!! He's a funny guy in class, but he is a jerk on purpose. He tries to trick you on the tests. Practice exams do not directly reflect what will be on the exams. DO NOT TAKE!!!!!

ok...he might just be the WORST professor at Bradley!! There are only 2 grades, and he makes it virtually impossible to get an A. He isn't helpful at all. I'm an econ major and I HATE this class. Avoid this professor at all costs!!!

Worst teacher I have ever had. His book is written by him and makes no sense. Full of typos and wrong calculations so you don't even know if what he wrote is correct. Don't take unless you absolutely have to. If you do, buy a real text book and teach yourself. It's the only way you will be able to do good in the class

He is by far the worse teacher I have ever had. He shows no interest in students or whether or not you attend class. He does not help you if you go to him with questions. Horrible teacher, do not take this teacher.Refuses to learn names.Tells you do not need to attend class and when you only attend a few times, he will make fun of you and not help you in class. Very Good teacher. Wrote his own book, so he teaches the material. Do chapters after the lecture and bring questions, he is happy to answer them! Very easy, watch out though, grade based on ONLY midterm and final!

Seriously, this class is not hard at all. I got a F on my midterm but still got an A. I went to class like four times in the year. He has his own book which is ridiculously simple to understand and all you have to do is work through all the problems as they are exactly what he puts on the tests. He is also a very knowledgable and a straight forward
