I cannot believe how wonderful Professor Flynn is. He made me like accounting. He focuses on the big picture of accounting instaed of mindless memorization. Do not buy the book; he does not use it. Weekly quizes, midterm, and final. No homework to hand in. My ideas about business have completely changed since this class.

My opinion of accounting truly changed after taking this class-I hated 101! Flynn is articulate, passionate, and VERY knowledge on the subject matter. He has this way of making the material stick in your head. Furthermore, he is able to link the concepts we learn in class to the business world. I really wish DePaul had more professors like him

So he finally taught Acc102 at DePaul this quarter and let me tell you, he's amazing!! His notes and explanations are super clear, and if for some reason u still dont get it, he will definitely help u. Just go over the notes he gives u and it will be an A!! Awesome teacher, just take him!!!!

Professor Flynn is quite possibly the best accounting teacher at DePaul. Attendance isn't mandatory, but it might as well be because he doesn't waste a single minute in class. No text book necessary either - he supplies note sheets for you to write on. Weekly quiz, midterm, and final, but all are very straight forward and from the class.

Mr. Flynn is very organized and good at simplifying difficult information. He is passionate about teaching AND accounting, which made the class fun. He genuinely wants his students to succeed. Very good all around professor. He wants you to do well. But that also means that you should show some initiative like showing for class and et cetera. Grading is very fair and he allows an easy extra credit assignment at the end. Will tell you during the week which stuff is going to be on the exam. Best prof to take for an acc night class.

Had him for both acc 101 and 102. Great Professor. He really shows you the "Real" accounting. Methods that you will really use in the real world. Very easy. Quizzes, mid-term, final are all from the notes. TAKE HIM~ If you want an easy class, take him.

TAKE HIM TAKE HIM TAKE HIM!! Best choice I ever made. Made everything easy and I actually learned. Quizzes every class(straight off the notes), midterm(straight off the notes), final(straight off the notes). HE GIVES YOU EVERYTHING! All you have to do is show up. Love this guy, def. one of the best professors I've had so far!
