Wicked cool italian guy, unfortunately didn't finish the semester due to a stroke. however for the time he was there he class was amazing, best thing to start your day and always ended class 5 minutes early w/ a poem and a joke

This prof. is semi retired but enjoys teaching too much to completely stop. He has forgotten more than most of us will every learn, speaks Latin, Ital., Ger. An incredible wealth of knowledge. A true old school academic, we will not see his kind again when he is gone.

Guy is the man, always talks about current events the first 10 minutes of class, mostly sports, he is hilarious and has a wicked dry awesome sense of humor, gives big hints to whats on tests, always did well. Makes the class so interesting. Never used the book and still did fine. Always ends class with a famous poem or quote.

The best teacher!! My 4th class with him and if I could take more I would. You have 3 tests and an optional 6pg paper to bring up grade if needed. Tells you what to study. Humorous & opinionated but values others opinions as well. Take him he's retired and only teaches a few classes.

Cool guy. Starts off class with current events. he hopes you keep up with the boston globe. he covers a lot of ground. go toclass and takes thorough notes. I LOVE Scionti---He's awesome! There's a reason his classes fill up so fast, but please, if you're lucky enough to take his class, be respectful enough to be quiet and attentive while he's reciting poems. It makes me cringe when people rustle papers when he's reciting poems from memory!
