Worst professor I've ever had at Marshall. He is arrogant and impossible to learn from. Abnormal psychology is a terribly interesting topic that he made dull and lifeless. Avoid him like the plague!

I loved his class because of the amount of stories he could tell. As long as you care about psychology you will probably enjoy this class. Take really good notes because that is what the majority of his tests consist of. The questions that he asks about the textbook he basically tells you the class before the exam. I learned a lot!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! His class is very interesting, however he makes his own grading curve, which is not fair at all and does not work out in your favor! He gives 4 exams, which are the only grades offered. I studied my butt off and still didn't do well

Very intelligent man, probably not the best teacher. Lectures are enjoyale, but most of the test comes from the textbook, which he'll tell you what pages to read. I got a B. He's okay, if you're really into Psychology.

Dr. Wyatt has a lot of experience in the mental health field, but he lets his superior attitude hinder the learning process for his students. I learned more from the doctoral student that taught my PSY201 class. He majorly needs to update his material and be more clear about what his exams will consist of. Don't take him if you want to learn.

I thought Kindergarden was long past, apparently not. Offers extra credit to read his self-published book which is written on about the 6th grade level. Boring, biased, and simply annoying. Take someone else, anyone else.

Drones on and on and on AND ON. Hard to pay attention. Didn't learn much. Not to mention he is moody and pompous. He treats us like we are little children who don't know anything and talks to us like we are half retarded. Makes a huge deal out of very very small things and gets overly excited when ahe thinks he has a point, though it's obvious so..

This man rambles and repeates himself. He comes off as well organized, until you realize he needs to be in order to communicate. Not good on his feet so to speak. My advice is to take someone a little more intelligent and who can present material in a timely manner. Class was beyond boring!

I absolutely loved him! If you go to class he gives you all the tools you need to get an A. His notes are clear and easy to understand. He tells you exactly what info from the book with be on the exam. Anybody who didn't like him are just bitter because they never went to class and it showed. He's great!!!!

GO 2 CLASS. 95% of exam material come from lectures Write down EVERYTHING. If u do that this class can be easy. He is VERY fair, and iluv him. He gives u "hints" to what in the book is going to be on the test and I got 98s w/o reading one single chapter fully, just read whatever his hints were about. BUT DONT MISS 1 CLASS, u'll need it 4 the exam.

His exams are fairly easy, if you attend class. If you are a lazy "student" who doesn't attend class or want to read the textbook or do anything students are supposed to do then perhaps you should take one of the fake profs at marshall. That means no extra credit or 8th grade style exams. He has field experience, I recommend him for REAL students!

Good teacher. Some people find it hard to pay attention, but if you like psychology and knowing what's wrong with crazy people this class is great. You truly will learn a lot. Everything comes from the notes on the exams except for a few questions. And he tells you what questions are coming from the book. Great Teacher.

He is very knowledgeable and has lots of experience in a clinical setting. If you go to class, pay attention, and take good notes, you'll be fine. Tests arent to bad. I'm not even a psych major and I got the highest grade on a few of the tests. Gives hints about book sections which helps a lot. Very interesting class if you put in some effort!

This is a pretty straight forward class. All you need to do is attend lectures (a large portion of his tests come from the lectures) and read the text. The lectures really aren't that bad. He does have a strange sense of humor but it can be pretty entertaining at times. I barely studied and got an A.
