no good. i took a great intro teacher whose tests were FILL IN THE BLANK with NO word banks...and i did so much better than i have this year with multiple choice and matching. dont ask "stupid" questions. i would not recommend.

HARD, you don't use the book. She has outlines and notes she gives you.. yeah sounds easy. BUT the tests are SUPER Hard! Needless to say my major has changed! Don't take her.

She doesnt use the book at all in class, her tests go driectly from the notes/outlines that she gives you ahead of time. SUPER EASY! As long as you go to class and studay at least an hour or 2 u will do just fine. She's rude and dont expect much extra help from her, but she's easy.

Dont take Coursey! Im pretty smart and she is very hard. I talked to her before I dropped and she said I needed to "memorize every word she's said and know word for word her notes." She also insulted me by saying "I cant believe anyone on the scholarship you're on made THAT grade on a test!" BEWARE!!!

Attending Mrs. Coursey's class is a must if you want to succeed in her class. She provides the notes for her classes/tests, but unless you are a brain, you MUST study the notes. My suggestion would be to record the lectures and listen to them repeatedly. I loved her class, needless to say! Pretty humorous, too!

I recommend her. Her tests come straight from her notes and study guides. You do have to study and study hard though. But that will be with any A&P class..it is a lot of information but she keeps it clear and takes her time teaching.

I dont care what anyone says, I LOVE her! Yes her test are hard but if you do the study guides and actually study you will do fine, I made A's on all of the test. She will help you no matter what. I have learned so much!

Mrs. Coursey is the BEST! Her tests are very tough as I failed the first 4, but after talking with her & finding exactly what she wanted from me, I aced the last 2 tests & the final. She was very helpful & encouraging & told me I "could not drop her class, she knew that I could do it." And I did! I ended with a B+ and I have retained so much!

Mrs. Coursey is a great professor and I will definitely take another class with her. She is very clear in what material will be on the tests, which are multiple choice but not easy. Completing her class with an A is extremely satisfying as I know I've earned it. I am better prepared for future Bio classes because of her.

Mrs. Coursey is awesome! Great teacher! She keeps it all interesting and MAKES you learn the subject, and enjoy doing it! Out of all my biology classes, I have retained the most from her class! I am waiting to take Micro untill I can schedule a time when I can be in her class because I learn so much from her!

I loved this class! I didn't make an A but i could have. The test comes STRAIGHT from the notes ... I wish i didn't wait until the last minute to start studying. My advice is to take notes in the book she gives and after each lecture sometime that day look back over your notes. It will help so much... I would take her again.
