By far one of the best psychology professors at York. He's very personable, friendly and will answer any questions/concerns you may have. As long as you take notes and read the textbook, you will do well in his class. His tests in PSY270 can be difficult but if you study, you'll do fine. Overall, he's an amazing professor

For all the psych classes he offers he's great. He's extremely helpful and knows his material. If you have questions don't be afraid to ask, he listens and will never dumb you down. Just don't expect to skim by. If you put forth the effort it is completely possible to receive a 3-4. Make sure you do the reading and pay attention in class. Funny and personable.

he explains everything very clearly and if u listen to wat he tells u, u will pass the class. he is very helpful if u ask him for help, don't be shy to. u need to study read the textbook and ur notes to pass the exams. wen it comes to the paper rele listen to wat he says and do exactly that. he is very nice and helpful. if u do wat he says ull pass

Great professor. Very personable. He can be a ball-buster at grading labs but tests and/or quizzes aren't too hard if you study and know you're stuff. If you don't know the material, you most likely will fail. Lectures are easy to understand and taking notes really does help.

By far my favorite professor. I have already taken every class he offers, and wished he taught more! Do not expect to get by without reading the book. Read the chapters, pay attention in class, and you will do well. He is very helpful with advising, and will help to answer any other questions in and out of the class. Best Psych Professor at YCP!

Landau definitely knows his stuff. If you pay attention, you will do well in his class. Idk why people think he's so hard but hes not, its your job to understand the experiments as a psych major. He's one of the better teachers I've had at York, and is very helpful. His class just isn't one you can slack off in!

I don't hate Professor Landau but he is harsh. I think for the most part he is fair, but his tests are a bit ridiculous and many times, he looks for VERY specific answer & I feel his tests are a bit off topic for what he teaches us... like he has not prepared us properly. And he can be quite insulting when you ask a question or give an answer.
