AMAZING PROFESSOR! I've had him for many classes and, yes as some stated, he follows the book to a T. He has a lot of stories, but takes his classes seriously. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Not sure how Mestas could have any bad ratings! He's a great professor who genuinely loves his job and his students! He grades very easily (He gave me an A+ overall in the class despite poor attendance). If you read the text, listen to his wisdom and embrace his passion, you will lovehis class and learn a great deal. He is also HILARIOUS!!!!!!!!!!!

Mestas was an amazing teacher! he was super friendly and always tried to make class fun. and he always tried to go at a speed that was comfortable with the class. we definetly used the book alot since it was an intro class. Overall, amazing teacher!! take his class :)

I never had Dr. Mestas for a class but one thing I can say about my dearly beloved Chancellot Emeritous he is a College President of College Presidents that's how an administrator is suppossed to act (friendly and out going) not arrogant and pompus. Great Guy all around.
