She is amazing! she requires work everyday yes, but it is not anything you can't handle. If you want a class that you actually learn something take this! I am taking her again next semester- she is an easy A if you do the work and participate. Again you have work everyclass but honetsly get the ebook copy and paste and you will get an A. She's A1

Everyday I regretted coming to this class. There is a paper due every single class on a reading that you need to use a quote from, but most of the readings are on spark notes; just find a quote from the first paragraph and summarize the chapter. The lectures are extremely boring, but you can use your laptop in class. Its philo, so every prof is odd

Dr. Green is incredibly sweet and nice as a person, but as a professor, she goes off on a lot of tangents (often ones that take up the whole class time so we don't get to learn anything for our quizzes) and is really tough when grading her papers. Write-ups on readings are due every single class and weekly write-ups on Fridays. An okay class.

Prof Green is by far one of the best professors I have ever had. Don't take her class if you actually want to learn the material in the syllabus, but if you want the best life lessons you'll ever learn and the funniest stories you'll ever hear, she's the person to go to. She is so kind and would do anything to help any of her students.

She is probably the most down to earth person I've ever met. She assigns a ton of reading, but only has 3 short papers & a final aside from easy homework for each class. One of the deepest bonds between students & a professor that I have encountered here. She genuinely cares for each student and has the ability to change someones worldview and life

Professor Green is tolerable. She gives quizzes every two weeks but they are graded by classmates so you'll most likely pass each one without reading as long as the class cooperates to help each other. Readings are about 30 pages a class and hw's are just to choose a quote from each reading. No midterm. Only 2 papers. Overall laid-back class.

had her for philosophical ethics. a lot of reading and a lot of work so YOU HAVE TO STAY ON TOP OF EVERYTHING. every day of this class was a struggle, and I hated how much work it was, but I stuck it out and got an A and you can too as long as you work hard.

I dreaded going because she rambles & I couldn't pay attention, & because she rambled she would keep her class an extra 5 minutes. Her enthusiasm can be irritating, but the class itself was easy. A few short quizzes that she tells you what's on it and three papers no longer than 1000 words - go to office hours and she will usually raise your grade

These bad reviews are ridiculous! Had her for Native American Phil last spring. Lots of reading, but her lectures are incredibly fascinating. Great to have one on one's with over tea. She has a beautiful world view; all it takes is an open mind to appreciate it. This class has affected me more deeply than any other, and Judith Green is the reason!

I expected great things from this class, but this teacher completely turned me off from philosophy. Grades horribly, the definition of GPA killer, if you don't want a philosophy class that is equivalent in difficulty to an EP class, avoid this class at all costs.

I had high hopes for philosophical ethics before meeting this wretch. I heard she was nice before the class, but she was incredibly mean the first day, and snapped at me for not having my book out, even though she didn't as us to take it out. Beyond that, she is VERY difficult, and assigns way too much work for a philosophy class. AVOID AT ALL COST

Very kind and generous woman. Even though she comes off a little TOO nice for comfort at first, she is genuine. There is a LOT of reading and weekly work, but she is extremely approachable and flexible if you find yourself in a hole. It helps to have a one on one relationship with her. She hooks you up, even if you have been a pretty bad student.
