It was a pleasure to take this class with this professor. He is very funny, and interesting and his class was fun. He is very knowledgeable, and in regards to his exams he have midterm and a final and presentation as well. However to prepare yourself for an exam you need to read the book, and familiarize with the concepts and terms.

He is always out of the topic to make students understand the fact, which takes up all of our lecture time, but he is funny and takes his time to help students. How I got A for his class? I always went over the quizzes, midterms & talked to him after the class regarding the lessons he didn't cover & mainly I just skimmed or read the textbook.

Not a traditional psych class. Cares more about understanding, than facts. Tests are not hard. Read the book; i guess you dont have to, but its interesting anyhow. He notices students who participate, and students who have a wide breadth of knowledge in humanities and science.

Amazing. He is a psychology teacher with a running practice. Enough said about his competence. He would explain in details anything asked, and even offered to help a couple of students with their children's problems. Amusing lectures, full of real life experiences. He got me interested more in psychology. Loved it.

I had some interest in the course before taking it but after having Heyman as a professor I lost interest.His class is only good for Students who come in late since he takes attendance at the end of the class regardless of when you come in. Talks a lot about nothing and his jokes are HORRIBLE. Do not take his class you regret it. UGH!

He is super OLD and he is constantly wheezing and coughing up phlem, which is very distracting. He constantly tells unfunny jokes. You have to be very quiet in his class and pay attention. He does not tolerate chatting at all. He gives a few quizes, but overall they are easy.

Nice old man, super smart, pay attention!!Fairly easy course. Know terms well!!, many suprise chapter quizes, midterm and final are similar. Make sure that you participate!! He must know your name! Great guy! Funny old man. Pretty leninent in class and on the tests. he makes sure everyone passes. Just dont talk while hes talking! "Who cares?" is something he says ALL the time.
