It should be an online class. If you have a question she gets to be very condescending and rude, and tells you perhaps you shouldn't have taken a class at this level. She is usually very nice, but I didn't learn anything except for what page to turn to. The final exam is ridiculous and unlike anything else you do in the class.

While Jurgens is a very nice lady, she isn't the most knowledgeable about Excel. Jurgens does not inform you of the Excel processes, only of which page you will be using. Easy A class, if you can teach yourself.

Pr.Jourgens is very easy and extremely helpful. Read the book, do everything on time and you will be in a good shape. Her tests are little hard, but you will boost your grade by doing projects,which are not hard.

Mrs. Jurgens is a nice person and a pretty good teacher. She is nice and will always help you if you need help. There is a lot of work and her quizzes are hard, but in general her class isn't that bad.

You better like Excel to take this class. It's a lot of endless tedious work. She is a nice approachable person who tries her best to teach, but she doesn't know much about what she is teaching! Other students are often the source of solutions to my problems in her class.

Shes a nice person but is not a good professor. She's not aware of what shes doing and does not know the material. You have to teach yourself out of the book. forget asking questions she'll walk up to you and say "oh well you should know how to do that". Very nice but clueless. Not sure how she got a phd.

Jurgens hasnt a clue whats she doing! you basically are teaching her and not the other way around. You work strictly from the book. Its a fairly easy class however, Jurgens doesnt know whats shes doing and shouldnt be called a "teacher"!!!

An approachable woman but entirely useless to the class. The words "I didn't know it did that!" should not frequently be heard from the one that is 'teaching' you how to use programs. I say 'teaching' lightly. She spends most time on her own computer doing goodness knows what while you work from the book. Assignments take forever to get back.

well let's put it this way, you are better off teaching yourself how to do the work, which is essentially what you do. The work is not hard at all and that class is extremely easy. She is a really nice lady who gives you chances to catch up on the work if you fall behind.

She is a really nice person and always willing to work with students. The class was a lot of work, but anyone who makes a reasonable effort should do well because she grades fairly. What people put into the class is what they get out of it. I highly recommend her.

I really love this teacher. I had her for both stats AND intro to comp. Shes very laid back and makes things easy to understand. I got A's in both of her classes.....one of those being Statistics and Im HORRIBLE in math.

She really needs to rethink her teaching methods. Relies on powerpoint too much, and teaches in a computer lab because it's close to her office. Students just play games the whole class and don't listen to her "teach". If you HAVE to take Stats do yourself a favor and pick another professor.

Dr. J is a really good teacher. granted I didn't do the homework and therefore, I got average test scores. But A's on the quizzes, and ended up with an A in the course. All you have to do is ask her for help, and she's more than willing to help.

this was the most annoying class i have EVER had. the lady doesn't know what she's talking about. i mean she tried to tell me i could solve an expression (not an equation, an expression!). the class made my head hurt!
