Taking Spanish 204 with Profesora Sánchez is like taking two classes at once. In the first class, you complete predetermined online assignments that relate to the textbook and have casual grading deadlines. In the other class, Sánchez just lectures on certain legends, history, and musical stuff that she finds interesting about Bolivia and LatinAme.

So disorganized. Everything she knows about culture is just spilled all over the board and in lectures, and her powerpoints are so messy too. She gives you too many homework assignments that she probably doesn't even look at. This semester, she also wanted us to go to 2 events outside of class for credit, which were pointless.

Professor Sanchez is great and truly cares about her students. However, this class has a lot of homework that is due by every class. She is lenient and lets you hand it in late but honestly there is way to much especially if you have other hard classes to focus on. There are 3 online exams. Make sure you go to class participation definitely helps.

Senora Sanchez truly is a nice lady. She really wants all her students to do well in the course and to learn something new. She's extremely passionate but can sometimes go off on tangents because of it. If you don't like having homework, don't take the class, she gives a lot of it but it's more so tedious than hard work.

Sanchez is a very considerate professor who takes into account that we have other classes. She gives A LOT of homework and does not grade them right away, but for us she allowed us to hand them in late without penalty because she knew we were busy. No final, just a written prompt in the last class. 3 major quizzes, all online. Makes the class fun

Professor Sanchez is a wonderful person who is very passionate about what she is teaching. However, there is an insane amount of homework for this class. Most of the homework is not difficult, but it can be time consuming and tedious. She is a bit disorganized and doesn't grade quickly, but overall it is an easy class.

This was the second semester I've had this professor, and I'm very pleased with my experience. I recommend her to anyone taking a Spanish class. I like her teaching style and I feel I actually improve my Spanish while in her class. She is very a sweet woman and I look forward to possibly taking her again.

I thought she was an excellent professor and a genuinely nice person. She really cares about the individual students and wants you to improve. The only way you won't learn is if you skip class often. It's a speaking class, so expect to participate and you will learn.

DO NOT take a class with her online. The course is extremely disorganized and she doesn't ever put grades up, so you won't know how you're doing. Also, she never answers e-mails. Although you'll end up getting a good grade if you do the work, you'll feel as if you learned nothing.

Sanchez is really nice and teaches alot of interesting material but in the end, you'll feel as if you've learned nothing. This course doesn't help at all with speaking of the language. Tests are a joke. They're online and basically a google scavenger hunt with a time limit. Grades pretty fairly but takes forever in doing so.

class is easy. tests are online. essay was a final, open notes. she is very nice and knowledgable but I feel like I didn't learn too much from this class. If anything, my spanish got worse. This class isn't a grammar course, but we didn't learn anything. culturally yes, we did learn a bit, but she was boring at times too. never uses a syllabus.

She is really disorganized so the syllabus is mostly useless. No one ever knows what the assignments are or their requirements or when they're due. A lot of class time is wasted and she doesn't usually seem prepared or to know what's going on. She also never answers email. However some of the activities are fun and she is a pretty fair grader.

Class is very disorganized so you might as well just throw your syllabus out now. I really felt like I was in high school and I think my Spanish got worse. Prof. Sanchez is a nice person, but I'm not sure she knows how to teach or really knows what she's doing. She's tough on grading the online tests. I would take someone else.

She's is a very interesting woman. She arrives about 5 minutes late to each class, and usually makes us go until the end of the class. There is no set syllabus, and she teaches the most random stuff. All in all she's a great teacher. Easy A IF you go to like most classes and participate one time per class. We did 1 actual essay & 3 essays in class.

The class was very easy. The information was very interesting. I learned a great deal from the course, we didn't do very much graded work, but there was much to be learned. Take this course, you'll love it. Sanchez is very understanding and very willing to help you understand the culture.

Was a bit unclear to start but very helpful in trying to get you to understand the material. You need to open your mouth and ask questions just like in any other class. Discussion is not forbidden. A great teacher and I will take her next semester too!
