Very professional teacher , we loved her class and we enjoy it so much . She ALWAYS gives clear directions and her exams are not that hard , you can get an A if you actually listen on what she wants and to her advices . Very organized , make the 3 hours class easy and fun , one of the best teachers and person inside and out !

3 exams, 4 written assignments, 1 final assignment. never got 100% on any of the written assignments or the final assignment. she's a tough grader. exams weren't hard, but you dont get a real idea of what to study for. it's not a hard subject, but i think some questions on the exam or worded tricky on purpose.

HORRIBLE INSTRUCTIONS! She gives extra credit to give you a little bit of your grade back. She helps on the exams. But when it comes to cases, she blamed the whole class for doing bad, when in fact SHE DOES NOT GIVE CLEAR DIRECTIONS. if the whole class does bad, im pretty sure its not the students. I wouldnt take her again.

Let's see... she isn't clear on what she expects on her assignments. she is quick to blame the students when half of the class fails her exam or does bad on her papers not realizing that if half the class did bad, maybe it's her? all in all, a very rude, uncaring instructor and one that I would strongly advise against taking.

I thought I had bad professors before stumbling upon this hctib, but I was wrong. Tough grader, inconsiderate, class should not be as difficult as she made it. You don't learn anything from her, she gives terrible feedback. Class is based on 475 points and 25 of those points are participation. One slip up, ha, good luck.

Her in-class exercises were interesting and helped me retain material for exams and papers. Really work to APPLY CONCEPTS vs just memorizing terms or she will mark you down. START EARLY on the final paper and get feedback because it is difficult! READ the book or you can't do well on exams! She gives extra credit. No team projects.

BEST professor I've ever had at UofM. Don't listen to the previous negativity. Read the chapters & review the pp slides. Participate & come to class! She's more than willing to help if you don't understand something. 2 case analysis. Generous curve on exams. Must study to pass. I wish she taught more classes! Classes were fun & interesting!

Professor does not understand MBA level and/or online classes. Material is extremely one sided as many students have pointed out. Exams are given only 24 hour window to complete. In addition to buying a book for class, after the class started we were informed additional material would need to be purchased on top of $3000 we pay for class. Avoid her

Course was almost all PowerPoint lecture. Quizzes at the beginning of each class and you must be present for entire class to get credit. HER STUDY GUIDES ARE USELESS. Exams are completely different than slides. Book is tough to follow. She is into the details and will grade your assignments as such. She marks participation every class so beware!

I felt that BPS is a class that is just lots of busy work. Strandholm is a great professor and she wants everyone to do well. She will review your paper prior to submittal. She will tell you exactly what the exams cover. If you show up to class, you will have all the information needed to have exactly what she is looking for on the exam essays.

Not an easy class, but not impossible. Class was structured/taught very well. Must put a lot of time into the papers, but she is very willing to help/critique before you turn them in. One of the better professors in the University. Would take again if I wasn't graduating this semester! Definitely recommend!

Excellent teacher, very dedicated and extremely helpful. She is really intelligent so you can't bs on the exams, but as long as you attend class she will make it easy for you. Her lectures and class assignments are necessary for you to do well, so don't miss class. Good luck.
