I had her for news writing one and keep waiting for News Writing 2 to be on the registration! Mrs. V is a wonderful teacher and very fair. She makes everything really clear and helps her students in any ways that she can! I would reccommend her for anyone!

Mrs. V is fabulous! She is very passionate about journalism and is an excellent teacher. The class was well worth my money. If you show up and do the work, you'll get a lot out of the course. I noticed many people in the class didn't bother showing up half the time. This is rude and unfair to the rest of us. Come to class & do you work! No excuses!

As far as learning the ins and outs of journalism, she was very informative and helpful, her expectations are very clear and tests accurately reflect what is in chapters and class lectures. She is also understanding and will work with you if you need her to.

Very good teacher! Explained the material thoroughly and also carefully explained what she expected from each assignment. She was always willing to stay late to look over our papers and give us helpful suggestions on how to improve our writing. A real confidence booster to those like me who don't think they write well.

Acts like she's teaching a high school class. For whatever reason she changes her grading scale from a 10 point scale (like every other class in the school) to a 7 point scale. I learned absolutely nothing and feel less intelligent than I did before.

I thought she was great. Alot of us don't want to admit that we must freshen up our grammer... she makes sure that she helps with these kinds of things. It kept me from having so muany RED marks from grammatical errors in english comp 2. She is wonderful, just do your work and go to the writing center to let her know you care !

One of the worst English teachers I've ever had. Completely unclear what she would like. She spends the entire class droning on and on about elementary school concepts and gets upset that no one is paying attention. Completely un-helpful!
