horrible teacher...doesnt review for any of her tests, just goes over hw problems during class, you only get 3 tests per semester and they are your only grades, and really hard. she also does NOT let you use calculators, and does NOT curve even if the whole class fails....AVOID dont even consider taking her

Very bad teacher, she is hard to understand and doesn't make any sense most of the time. She doesnt allow calculators and gets mad when students don't understand the material, which makes the class unnecessarily hard.

Worst teacher in the history of math teachers. Stay away the best you can from this teacher because your GPA will suffer greatly. Everyone else that had Funari and Mirosnikova got a A, which is why I am so upset with my C. Never, EVER! take this woman! She takes such broad topics like sections 1.1 to 5.3 and takes 5 problems from 300 pages.

bad bad bad... a very nice women, but not so great of a teacher. The only grades you'll get are tests, and they're really hard. Doesn't really teach during class, just goes over homework problems the way she would do it, not the way the book teaches.

should probably gotten out of teaching a few years ago, I'm sure she was a good professor back in the day but now her age is catching up with her, she is hard to understand, makes mistakes on simple math problems and doesn't allow to use a calculator to help her out, better off to teach yourself and sleep during class

She is a very nice lady but tough to understand. She tries to help you as much as possible, and her tests are pretty easy, as long as you are in class. Not a bad professor to take in this level. You should get nothing lower than a B if you work semi-hard.

Ya, the accent might discourage some ppl... You will do well in her class if you did well in Calc I. She tries to clarify and it'll help about half the class. Do not be afraid to ask questions. - Good luck!!

Difficult to comprehend @1st, but you aquire an immunity to her hungarian accent. Technically a Group Theorist. Did you know there are moral obligations in math? Says A, means B, writes C. But its really D. I have corrected several mistakes of hers in class and have seen things she did not. Funny.
