I loved Dr. Lynch, and I was shocked when I saw she had such a low rating! She's hilarious in a really subtle way, and I enjoyed her class (France During WWII) a lot. The exams and papers were difficult; she's a tough grader. But she is also always willing to talk about any assignment.

Obviously you must be of higher intellect to appreciate this professor. While difficult and not necessarily endowed with the most diplomatic of social skills, she is brilliant and keeps the academic bar raised high. You can only benefit from her tutelage.
