The last two posts must be from some of the first years. You have no concept of the lack of preparation this teacher is providing you with. Absolutely NO FEEDBACK, if she has actually has her class and doesn't cancell it. Great that she knows or says she knows where your classes are but wait until you go on your internship and you get zero support

I can't believe some of the ratings here! Katherine is one of the best teachers at Algonquin and she's VERY confident int he subject matter! She can be a bit dry, but she will answer and question and help with any problem. She's the ONLY prof we have who knows exactly what classes we have and where. She is knowledgeable and so calm and easy going.

This professor is sometimes very dry in her lectures, however, she makes it up through her personality. If you need a question answered she will certainly be there to help you, but her classes do require some time working on your own to pass the class.

How can it be that this woman is still teaching at Algonquin? She was never there when I was a student and didn't give a hoot about the program or graduates...she only cared about her pay cheque and holidays. WOW! Admin should really consider the damage KP is doing to the AMS program

I graduated from this program some years back and thought this teacher had left ie been fired, at least that was the rumour. I am absolutely amazed to see she is still working at the college/ Poor management skills terrible attitude, ie misses classes, poorly organized, not confident in the subject matter

We all know K.P. is trashing other teachers in the program. IT is absolutely pathetic. Why not just quite K.P.? You could even retire??? What is it like to post reviews of other teachers does it help you gain the confidence you need? Get a life and show up for work sometime and try not to drink to much at lunch.

Shes the nicest lady ever. She giggles at everything which makes her easy to talk to about assignments etc, shes always understandable and willing to give someone another shot, she must be a mom. The information is dry yes, but she knows what shes talking about and it makes me want to listen. She makes it easy to listen because the info is clear

Katherine was a very organized prof. Her classes were a bit dry but straighforward and informative, and if you did the work you'd get a lot out of them. She was always willing to answer questions and help you out, and was forgiving of difficult circumstances if you couldn't get work done. All in all al great prof.
