Dr. Ackerman is adorable! I LOVE HER TO DEATH! she is soo funny and cute... lots of enthusiasm.. i think she'll outlive us all... I LOVE HER! Speeches were easy! and FUNNY... Discussions were fine... some classes were boring.. just listening to lecture.. but she is an AWESOME TEACHER! YOU MUST TAKE HER! LOVE HER!... final exam litte crazy.worth it

I love this teacher she's a riot. Makes the GER easy. You have a couple speeches infront of the class but they're easy and you do them at the beg of the semester to get them overwith and she wont grade lower then a C. Very interesting too!

Very enthusiastic about teaching, but likes to do things her way. Funny lady; very sarcastic. Attendance policy sucks and you have to get up in front of the class a bunch of times, but overall a good class. A few easy assignments, no tests. Written final. Show up and put in a little effort and lots of participation and you'll do well.

She's SO understanding that people are nervous for their speeches and won't give any lower than a C. At first she seemed a little nuts, but towards the end of the semester I got to really like her. She does favor girls, but she likes guys too as long as you're not a slacker. NEVER MISS A CLASS OR ELSE, lol!!!

Simply, if you are female,prepared not to miss a class, and pretend she is yoour shrink and solved all your problems, you will get an A. I missed 2 classes for valid reasons, got A's on all my speeches, and did well on all in-class assignments and she still gave me an unfair grade. Male=do not take.

shes old. shes unhelpful. she thinks everything that she says or does is right. she writes her own handouts and definitions and you have to agree with them or else youll fail. shes a stickler on attendance and doesnt care if you have a valid reason for being absent, like a death in the family. dont.
