All lectures. There are 3 midterms, a paper and presentation. She drones on and on in an annoying voice and cant pronounce measure normally. She is a decent person to chat with outside of class but is also judgmental and makes assumptions about your life. She will make passive aggressive comments about you if you get on her bad side, so dont.

Professor Brown is a great person. As a prof, she isn't the most enthusiastic, so the class can get pretty repetitive. Tests are difficult because they cover a lot of material. If you study hard, you will do well, but BEWARE this is not an easy, little work required GE. The class is all lectures.

A must-take intro class, if you're not yet into psychology. Though I am set for 3/2, Brown has made me consider Psychology as a part of my future graduate degree, because of how fascinating Brown has conveyed psychology to us. Study well for the tests from the textbook and examples/notes from the lectures, and you will be guaranteed to have an A.

I took Dr. Brown for PSYC81 and PSYC122. She is the sweetest professor you could ever imagine and is very clear with her grading requirements. You can tell that she really cares about the topic and about her students. I would recommend her classes to everyone!

Prof Brown is an incredibly sweet and helpful teacher. Her class is systematic, and she expects you to give what she asks. It is work, but isn't too hard to get an A. Be prompt and attentive, and you will be good. Uses the textbook alot, so you can get by not going to her class a few times.

This is worst professor I have ever had. The internship is the only redeeming quality of the class. The actual seminar is not discussion based at all and she doesn't listen to people's opinions other than her own. (This is why everything is phrased "in your opinion" for her papers tests etc.) Hated this class.

Professor Brown is a funny, engaging and knowledgeable professor. She is a little quirky but is an amazing lady. Despite having taught this course for years, she is always passionate about delivering the content. I genuinely look forward to her classes, which are always interesting. Note: She is by far my favorite professor thus far and by far

She is an extremely sweet professor and is really awesome one on one but in class it is a different story. She reads off the powerpoint and does minimal interaction with the class. Also she makes the tests and paper seem like it'll be easy but don't be fooled. Otherwise that she means well and is pretty funny!

I LOVE Professor Brown. She is one of my all time favorite teachers. She is super nice and always willing to help you out after class. She knows her stuff and is clearly interested. Her developmental psychology class(both intro and seminar) were incredible and it is all because of her that I was able to learn about and work at The Children's School

Brown has been my favorite teacher so far. She is the reason that I am becoming a Psych major. Her tests can be difficult as they are detail-specific, but her papers are fun to write as you apply them to your actual life. She is very motherly and accommodating and is a joy to have as a teacher! Highly recommend (esp. if you are a Psych major!).

Very good Research Methods professor. Her class was very organized, and she provided helpful deadlines for the individual projects. Notes for the tests were very clear and helpful. Amazing help during office hours. Fair, but meticulous, grader.

She's awesome. I don't know what the gripe is about her. She is very nice; allows you to be flexible in test taking days if you ask; and as long as you study and actually do what you're supposed to an A is easy.

I REALLY disliked her, as did many people in the class. Very unfair with her grading (papers, short answer questions on exams) and was totally biased. Plays favorites a lot. The material in the textbook was interesting but her lectures just restated whatever was in the textbook. So boring.

Very understanding and approachable professor. Lectures tended to get boring, as she mostly relies on power points. However, she sometimes throws in very interesting and fun in-class activities. Tests are very detail-oriented.

Professor Brown is extremely helpful and is very understanding. For the most part her classes are comprised of powerpoint lectures. She is very lenient on due dates, and gives generous extensions. She has interesting projects, and she was for sure my favorite teacher this semester! I highly recommend Brown for Psychology.
