It IS easy to drift off. But as long and you take basic notes and pay attention for the most part, you'll do fine. Fairly easy tests, very simple and very few homework assignments. Relates class topic to real life and makes Economics not as miserable as some may think. I like her! Can miss class a few classes and be fine with the material.

horrible easy maybe but come next semester if you do not take her you will be lost as all get out. doesnt know what she is doing. Cant explain anything just writes and talks very easy to sleep!

She's the best teacher I've ever had, rivaled only by her father whom i also had, at eiu, and she's the reason i became an econ professor. i hated it all before i took her class but after, it just all made sense. i am where i am because she's such an awesome teacher.

EXCELLENT TEACHER. Absolutely wonderful. If you think you might like economics, take her class and you will find out that it is a very interesting subject and will take you far in life. She takes a difficult subject and explains it in a manner that you can understand! She is wonderful!

Do N-O-T take this class unless you love taking notes. MUST take notes, not optional. Very monotone in voice. Knows the subject, but does not present it in an engaging or interesting way. Not very good at explaining the difference between terms when similar. Bottom line, I wouldn't recomend this class to anyone.

Unfortanately the class isn't over yet. aven't understood hardly anything. She flys through the information and most of the time she doesn't explain it very well. She's 5 min. late (at least) every class and then she makes us stay later than class is supposed to be.
