I disagree with all her previous reviews. She is rude and not empathatic at all if you need to miss class due to a personal crisis or illness. She has lectured me on being unprofessional even though I am an extremely good student and clearly passionate about my major. She also says "and again" every other sentence and it drives me nuts.
