I took Professor Sedia for Fashion and Society. I liked this class, and she is nice and funny, there's no tests, quizzes, or exams, and no homework. The only thing you have to do is keep a blog and post once a week. She requires a lot of textbooks and tells you to read them, but I never even bought one of them and got an A.

We had only 3 actual tests, one of which was take home. She gives pop quizzes in class that are meant to help your grade. VERY BORING LECTURES. Her powerpoints are 100+ slides each, and it's best to study them well for exams. You don't have to go to class, but you'll miss pop quizzes if you don't. Easy A if you just study.

Some days, I liked Kathy, other days, not so much. She tended to have an attitude with some students. However, she did have a funny side. Lectures tended to drag and she usually kept us until the last minute.

Prof. Sedia's economic botany class was interesting, an easy A, but EXTREMELY boring. There was 1 in class test & the other 2 were take homes. She's very nice and a funny lady, but took a lot of points off take home exams without clear reasoning. Never opened the textbook. She stops taking attendance a few weeks in. Just bring coffee to stay awake.

2 in class exams, and she switched the final to take home. take good notes in class to study from, pay attention, study A. the students who did poorly were not paying attention during lecture. Textbook wasn't necessary but helpful to study from.

If you are not a bio or science related major DO NOT TAKE THIS CLASS! Had no idea what was going on half the time. All we did were discussions, never actually taught! So much annoying work for a G course. Exams are long and hard if you have no clue about the subject.

She knows her stuff. 2 in class tests, take home final (easy), & a group project. The project was a group paper and a group presentation. As long as you come to class, take notes (I highlighted in my book), and study, you'll do fine.

One of my favorite professors at Stockton so far. She is really nice and has a good sense of humor. The sample tests/quizzes that she posts are very helpful. I'd recommend taking Professor Sedia if you have a chance.

She is an amazing professor. As long as you write the notes, pay attention, and study, you will do fine. She gives homework problems in the beginning out of the text which will help you with your first 2 exams. She gives typed notes when there is a lot of information. Amazing prof, really cares about her students' understanding. Loved her class.

Examples in class are simple, but on the tests they are extremely detailed. She is way too specific on exams, she takes points off for every little thing. This is my lowest grade in college so far. I wouldnt take her.

Lab was a really easy A but the class not so much. Her tests are hard she expects you to know everything she teaches and with a lot of detail. Be prepared to study hard for those tests

Had Sedia for Genetics. I really liked her. She's funny and I'm jealous of all of shoes (seriously she has great style). She knows the material and is clear and concise. I didn't do well on the first test but ended up with an A so don't get discouraged! She's not too hard. If you study you'll do fine!

Average teacher. Her accent kind of gets in the way of things sometimes. We had to write several short stories, and her grading was off. Meaning that many felt we did not understand the grade we received and she was very contradictory. Nice person though.

Well let me just start off by saying, shes a nice lady, but damn what a monotone and boring voice. Not only that she doesnt talk loud enough and on top of that she has a accent. Tests were hard but she gives you an excellent study guide. Other than her boring lectures the class is not that bad overall. 2-3 quizzes 4 exams

NIce lady but she is hard to understand. Tests are take home but you need to write novels in order to get an A. Has extra credit attendance sheets and doesnt seem to count them in the end.

Economic Botany is the easiest class ever. Should be a GNM, not a 3000 level bio. I skipped over half of the classes and got an A. I never bought or used the textbook. Three tests and all are take-home, one easy paper/presentation. Sedia is very friendly, helpful, and understanding. Good sense of humor.

Great prof. She knows what she's talking about and VERY understanding. All tests are take home and you can email them to her early and she will tell you if you're missing anything! I also took her for Prep research and she was SO EASY!

No need to go to classes. Going to labs proves to be helpful for practical. 2 take-home tests (10 short essays) and either a ~2000 word research paper or another take-home test for final. No work beside take-homes, which you only have a week to do each, so basically-2 weeks of work for lecture and one lab each week... not too demanding of time
