Comment:

Kathy is strict but overall a pretty good teacher. Keep up with the MyLab homework and try to get 100's on everything as your final grade is pretty dependent upon the homework. She gives pre tests before every test so definitely study those because the questions tend to be very similar.

Kathy is a pretty good teacher. She gives you good notes and they are kind of helpful. You do A LOT on MyLab but you get multiple attempts so its not bad. Tests are pretty hard so study what she tells you too and review your hw. Not a bad teacher but did not think she was that great.

Comment:

Coming from somebody who is horrendous at anything math related, this class was actually somewhat of a treat. There's a lot of assignments and quizzes throughout the year, but they aren't too hard and they are weighted heavily. I absolutely dreaded taking this course, but Kathy is a great professor. Great pacing, goes over things in great detail.

Comment:

Kathy makes managerial accounting fun. In her lectures, we will in template study guides with notes, and those template study guides really help you prepare for the tests. There's a ton of online work, but you get multiple chances to answer each question so it's fine. Take Kathy if you can.

Great professor, but lives on MyLab with tons of work to do, so keep up with the online quizzes and tests so you don't forget when they're due. Drops 3 MyLab quizzes, 1 MyLab Test, and had 2 or 3 in class tests (none dropped). Offers same extra credit project as AC211. Teaches by powerpoint and lets you fill it in. HATES cellphones so keep in bag.

Professor Simione is great. She is always available if you need extra help. Basically gives you notes every class that you fill in with her. 3 tests and the final, all pretty easy. Easy A in my opinion.

Really great professor, gives clear information about homework due, how to complete assignments and what to study for the exams. Lots of online homework with myLab but not difficult to get perfect scores, and that is majority of your grade

She really knows her stuff and makes it extremely easy for you to receive a good grade. She gives detailed lectures in class that go hand in hand wth notes she posts on BB. She even goes the extra mile to post voice recordings along with slides of each topic. Majority of grade lies in Mylab which if done is an easy A. 10/10 would take again.

Gives many assignments such as online tests, quizzes, and homeworks which are not very difficult. The exams are quite straightforward as long as you study and prepare. She is always available to give individual help and is more than willing to go out of her way to help you. Definitely take for a semi-easy grade and to actually understand Mng. Acc.

take her! lots of assignments/tests/quizzes so plenty of opportunities to screw up and still get an a. there are 3 in class tests and then a bunch of online tests and quizzes which are open book! very clear in what she wants and she really wants her students to do well.

Such a nice woman! Can get strict at times/agitated about attendance, but class is bearable and she often lets you leave early. She always makes herself available for extra help if need be, note cards for tests, generally wants you to succeed. I definitely recommend taking her!

The nicest woman on earth! She works through the homework with you and gives you plenty of help on what to study for tests - even lets you bring in a notecard with stuff written down. She is very approachable and really cares if you understand what she's teaching. She's very strict about due dates and class attendance. Stay on top of your work.

Great professor. Very clear and teaches the material well. She takes the class seriously but is very nice and understanding. If you go to her for help she'll usually end up walking you through the work. 3 tests, a final, and a project, but all are pretty easy if you pay attention.

Good Professor. According to people I know her tests are easier than other professors. You do have read from the book but it was only collected once. You will have a few take home quiz but they are easy and only will boost your grade. She is very helpful during her office hours. I suggest you take her over other professors.

awesome professor! Ive had her for 3 different classes. Very clear on the material and wants her students to do well. If accounting is something you struggle in (like me), i suggest you take her. Uses the textbook alot for homework but it definitely benefits you to stay on top of your work. Put in effort and you'll be fine!

She is a great teacher and really uses the classtime to her full advantage. She teaches a lot in class so you need to listen up. There is a little homework, but not too much. Her tests are not to bad, and as long as you pay attention you will do fine
