She was great. One of the best teachers that i have had so far. She works with you very well, esp if you are out sick. She is funny, but very straight forward. She expects a lot but is kinda out there and disorganized. Class can be a little stressful, but you cant help but love her! take Whitesell !!

One word - AMAZING! Never have I had a professor to challenge me like she did. Receive her constructive criticism with an open mind because it comes at you full-force and you will grow and learn in ways you never expected you could. Use her knowledge to expand yours. You will take what you learn & be a better educator because of Dr. Whitesell.

Dr. Whitesell is a very difficult teacher. She demands students to do something many don't: THINK. Her classes push students to their limits then a little further. She individualized her curriculum to meet the students needs and future goals. Although she can sometimes become confusing to follow, it's usually because she has so much information to share and can't get it out quick enough to satisfy herself. Sheis an amazing and caring person who will do anything for anyone. I'd give her a 10 if I could.

Dr. Whitesell is great as a professor and advisor, she really knows the subject matter, and does not just lecture, she teaches in way that you are actually learning! Warning: Do NOT get behind, it will be very hard to catch up!!!!
