Comment:
Professor Murray is by far my favorite professor. I learned so much in his class and also decided I want to major in Marketing because of it. There's two projects and the tests are so easy because the homework questions are the same questions that are on the exam. Yes you have to show up to class, but a minimum amount of work gets you an A.

This class did not teach me about marketing, and did not allow me to be creative or express my opinions like a marketing class should. Professor has one answer in his head and expects that answer. He is a very tough grader and does not stick to what he says. He is not clear of what is expected. I do not feel comfortable participating in this class.

Keith Murray is not clear on anything ever He will tell you do you one thing and then say another Never is clear with assignments and what is expected of you Hard to understand what he is saying because he is so monotone Likes to send and post grades with everyone's names on it Also will call you on your cellphone if you email him Do not take

Very unclear on everything. Can barely get through a class without hearing about 10 different stories that have nothing to do with the class. Gives a couple class projects but offers no direction and leaves students confused almost daily. Exams have nothing to do with the little information we went over in class so be ready to ready every chapter.

Very confusing guy, not the best at explaining directions to students and then blames the fault on the students. Changed the entire design of the course last minute from weekly cases to this marketplace simulation game. He had no idea how to run the game, was copying off of another professor. Awful awful awful, RIP to my GPA thanks to this class.

Intelligent guy, wrong profession. Used to be a psychologist but decided to change career paths and went on to get his MBA now here he is. Very unpredictable professor, changed the outline of the entire course 2 weeks before the beginning of the semester. Emphasizes key points in the text during class, other than that you are entirely on your own

Professor Murray is a great guy, I highly recommend taking his class. Take the time to get to know him outside of class by going to office hours or lunch, he'll appreciate the effort. Cares a lot about his students and loves when you ask questions and participate in class. His tests are difficult but don't count for a large portion of the grade.

Keith is well intentioned and a character, but that's about the best thing I can say about him. He doesn't stop talking, repeats his stories over and over again, he says really questionable or odd things, and just seems lost in general. He doesn't understand at all that as a student there are obligations to other classes and doesn't follow any plan

He is an interesting guy. The class has 3 exams which are not hard if you study. If you do not study, probably not gunna do so hot. There are cases which are tough but over time you learn what he is looking for. If you can take it with someone else, do that. If you cannot, its not that bad.

Professor is very unclear about what he expects from students and offers little guidance. The tests are almost unrelated to class lectures, so be prepared to read every chapter. Those lectures, by the way, are droning, boring, and he often repeats the same irrelevant things over and over. Talks about his personal life too much. No structure

Keith is very confusing about what he wants from you. His tests are very hard but he scales them a lot so grades are average. He spends every class talking about random things and is very confusing. Did not really learn anything about marketing all semester.

If marketing isn't your major, DO NOT take his class. You will spend almost $300 on stupid softwares (Connect, Practice Markting) that are required for projects. His lectures are boring. Exams are EXTREMELY hard, he doesn't even writes the exams, they are created by the Connect software. If you want to do well, get ready to prepare a 20+ study guid

Keith Murray is one of the nicest professors I've ever had at Bryant. He cares about his students and really wants you to pass. Go to his office hours at least once, it shows that you care about his class and that's all you need. Three exams (all are curved) and one group project with a paper. Got Cs on all of my exams and still got an A.

Dopey, that is the word he uses over and over, and that is what his class is. Grading curve makes no sense, tests are impossible memorization and lectures cover 6 slides a day. He is a funny guy outside of class and worth getting to know.

A nice man, but not a great professor. Didn't do a good job explaining the material, and was vague in his instructions and expectations. Calls on students randomly. Tricky exams. One small group project, practice marketing (an online simulation), and some homework. Very unclear in his grading, but almost everyone got a final grade of A/A-.

Prof. Murray is such a nice guy!! Is very helpful to students and wants everyone to succeed! If you're a lazy student, dont take this course. There are assignments you must stay on top of and he deosnt like lazy attitudes. Take good class notes and read the readings and test will be easy. Just try and show that you care and you'll do fine!!

I really loved Prof Murray! Class is a little boring, but it wasn't a bad honors class. He really cares about his students and wants you to succeed and do well. Exams arent as hard as everyone says. Diffuclt, but not impossible. I'd recommend it if you want group projects in an honors setting.
