Teacher was pretty boring and forgetful, class is not mandatory and he posts all notes on blackboard. Quizzes are online but you have to be accurate to the decimal when entering answers Midterm multiple choice pretty simple Final horrible but he curves!

Comment:

This course is fast paced, but Dr. Price is very good and teaching this class. I found his lecture easy to follow. Do all the basic questions after each chapter and and write down the formular which Dr. Price recommends for the cheat sheet.

I apologize on my 4/28/12 review I wrote the wrong course number it should be BA6005 not BA6000. The course is tough but if you focus on working the problems and add vocabulary to your crib sheet you should do well. Tests are easier than the quizzes. Curve is large as the material is hard. Get the study guide it helped me a lot to get an A.

This is a tough class; I used the book a lot and bought the study guide companion. My suggestion is to put all vocabulary on your crib sheets and major formulas and work the problems, work the problems, work the problems! He did not put any surprises on the tests and they were easier than the quizzes. Overall a fair professor curve was about 15%.

Completely unhelpful! If you can get the answers to the hw problems from a friend, teach yourself and test out of this class. If you have to take it, good luck! The rumor is, Price is the best of the lot that teach this course (Lord, have mercy on WSU students). If he ignores your emails, u r lucky. His vague answers only add 2 frustation. useless

Holy &%@! This is a tough class because its basically you with no tools to help. He doesnt say this will be on the exam and that will not because all of it is on the exam. I Chapters 1, 5-14 was the final. All of it. He doesnt even assign problems, just says do them all. My 12 year old sister can do his job. Read off the slides and be very vague.

THE GOOD: He has a generous curve where 30% get an A, the next 40% get a B (no + or - grades). I had an easy A with around 80% score. THE BAD: Completely unresponsive to email and does not show you how to work any problems. Do not recommend web class unless you understand finance or plan to go to tutoring. BA6005 is hard no matter who teaches it!

BA6005 is an ton of material to cover in 7-8 weeks and b/c of that anyone who teaches it will not get a good rating. You will be expected to know "every problem" in the book and he will not teach it to you. Quizzes are open book and very hard. You will need to spend over 10 hours a week to do well in this class. Won't respond to web students email

One of the worst profs WSU has. Don't bother taking his online class, he'll post pre-recorded lessons online and test you on stuff that wasn't mentioned. Never responds to email, he seems *very* lazy, tests on irrelevant material, doesn't show up for the midterm and its 72 hours until the final exam yet we dont know where it'll be. Worst prof ever.

He's not the greatest, but he's much better than the alternative (Datta - just TERRIBLE!). Lectures are short and to the point, he explains concepts pretty well. Has two exams and multiple quizzes, and they are pretty straightforward. Do the homework, listen to the lectures, and you'll do fine.

Took the online section. The lectures were useless as you could not ask questions, he did not have office hours, and refused to make appointments. He does not return email/calls. When I could get a hold of him, he just referred me to tutoring. Take a different professor or wait until you can. I got a B in the end but learned NOTHING.

Got an A somehow which is a big suprise for me . This old gentleman is very friendly but his teaching style is sorta confusing. The on-line quizes drove me crazy and you can barely get high points .The final is tough. I highly recommend you read textbook carefully and do problems after each chapter. Don't need to do on-line homework.

Dr. Price does not teach and the in class lectures are useless. The course was very UNORGANIZED and the system for the online quizzes was VERY BUGGY. Dr. Price was very unresponsive with fixing the online exam issues. He did not prepare for any of the the quizzes or final exam. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND SATAN TO TAKE THIS PROFESSOR. 2 Thumbs down!!!!!!

I took his online course and was glad I did. Lectures are posted as a video on BB, no need to attend class. His lectures are somewhate useless, I think reading the boo is more important. Class takes some effort but overall a relatively easy course that prepares you well for BA7020. Prof does not respond to emails promptly though, which is frust

Online class - Lectures are not too exciting, online quizzes still hard even with notes/another computer to check things on! Final was cumulative, can use a cheat sheet. This class is pretty clear but you have to spend a lot of time teaching yourself.
