Excellent teacher. Overflowing w/ knowledge and just wants to share it w/ everyone who will listen. Ask questions, and you will get answers. Ther Ex is not the easiest, just listen, and remember to digest and understand WHY you do things, not just learning how to do them for the sake of a practical.

KEN HECK, HECK YES!!!! Ken is awesome. He is a great teacher and loves what he teaches. I can't complain. Yeah its tough stuff but Ken helps you out alot. And he is an AWESOME athletic trainer in general. YOU WILL LEARN ALOT!!!
