I had him as an advisor over my internship. What a joke! He doesn't respond to emails or follow up. The other ratings of him are suspiciously similar to his demeanor, dismissive & sarcastic. I'd never take his classes by choice, but if you're in photojournalism you'll get him. I guess just agree w/everything he says & never need to contact him.

Very helpful, gives a lesson in reality. Prepares you for the hard knocks of life, and that there are no excuses. Funny story-teller, cares about his students (even the disappointing ones). Can be a hard-ass sometimes, but you deserve it if you get it.
