Class is boring and you must get 100% on every test or you have to take it again. Test are taken out of class. reading and questions are due every class.. I strongly recommend a different professor

Its actually not that bad to be in team-learning classes with him. I had 101 & 102 with him, if you do the readings and actually participate in the group work, you really shouldn't have anything to worry about. If your trying to get an easy A, this may not be the class for you

Does not teach anything in his team learning courses. He lets his entourage of student proctors do all the work while he sits pretty and mentions irrelevant things. Grading is inconsistent as everything goes to a different proctor. Often completely incorrect and off-topic with whatever facts he feels like telling you. Don't take his classes.

I took his team learning class and it wasn't too bad at all. There's a lot of tests and papers, but you can redo both. You have to read for the course almost every night, but that should be expected for English. Just make sure you show up and show up on time and you sholdn't have any problems!

Very tough grader on tests and essays, but will let you do them over to get a better grade. Do the homeworks, do a little research, bring what you know to class, and he will be the nicest guy in the world to you. If not, then he will question you, you'll give a crappy excuse, and you'll feel his reckoning... Awesome professor!

I had him for 101 & now again. He's a good teacher and the class is very easy. Sometimes I feel like class time is pointless, but you do master the material well, so i guess it is effective. Dr. Sroka does care about your grade tho. Last semester I had an A- and he bumped it up to an A because I never missed a class!

I had Dr. Sroka as a professor while I was in highschool, and he is one of the most amazing teachers I have ever had!! You can tell he is just so genuinly passionate about what he teaches, and he wants everyone to achieve their highest potential! I definifely recommend his classes!!
