Very helpful, especially if he can see you're trying. His class is pretty easy, you can pretty much just print out the powerpoints and study those. Easy quizzes, pretty easy tests, and he pretty much gives you the questions that will be on the test in every review. Final was non-comprehensive and I think I missed four questions total.

Nicest. Professor. Ever. Got hurt this Spring and couldn't come to class but he taped us stuff just so we would do well on our tests! I just thought that was so nice and considerate, especially knowing how much he had been through having to get surgery.

Tillett is a man of integrity and a thoughtful professor. He is willing to listen to suggestions and leads interesting class discussions. His lecture classes are clearly outlined via power point, and his assignments allow for a great deal of flexibility. His political life experience, though he doesn't reference it often enough, is astounding.

I loved Tillett. The class was very worthwhile, because I learned so much. Tillett makes his lectures intriguing, which makes students yearning to learn more. He has great personal experiences to share, and he is hilarious. I highly recommend him.
