Pretty much doesn't give any homework except for the chapter reading until the case study, which is a group project. The tests are TOUGH. Reading the chapters is a must. He is happy to answer questions, but my class was quiet and didn't give him any. Pay attention to what he talks about!

Comment:

Kind man, not too much homework. The only homework you'll get is from doing chapter questions that he gives you. I recommend you read the chapters that he goes through because even if you get the word problems correctly, you'll at least get a 70 or 80 if you answer true and false & multiple choice incorrectly. You can learn a thing or two.

Income Tax tests are very hard, but everything in this class is graded on a big curve. If you need extra help he will happily give it to you. Very knowledgable and enjoys teaching. Take a class with him if you have the chance, his energy makes class go by quickly.

Wallis is an expert in his field. I took him for Income Tax, and just looking at the course, I knew it would be hard and I was right. He understands tax and accounting inside and out, and has a very clear understanding of how to convey that knowledge with his students. Show up to class, study, take notes, and ask questions, and you will be fine.

Wallis makes ACC easy breezy beautiful. I've heard horror stories about some extensive Acc classes and Wallis uses Acronym layouts for how to work problems. Sometimes exams can be frustrating cause he does not always put all of what he says on the exam. MC on the exam is a guessing game but he gives you 10 points to counteract for every exam. TAKE.

He's one of the best profesors I've ever had. Can tell he really cares about his students. Im not good in math or acc but he made it easy. Explains topics over and over to make sure you understand and is always available outside of class if you need extra help. Tells you exactly what will be on every quiz and test. I highly recommend him!

Best professor for accounting! He was always helpful with the material and took his time to make sure everyone understood the topic before he went further. He gives a quiz about every week, but they're simple. His tests were easy, since he always added a 10 point curve. It's an easy A as long as you study and understand the material.

I enjoyed this class. Im not good in accounting but I got an A in the class. He covers the material, its up to you to study. He tells you exactly what is on the exam you just have to do the work. He knows his stuff and he is a nice teacher!
