Comment:

I had Yount for 3 classes while briefly attending AB College. One of the smartest, knowledgeable and fair professor at AB. His attendance is MANDATORY. you WILL receive a bad final grade if you missed a lot even if still doing well in his class overall. He is easy going and doesn't give out below C...ever.

Dr. Yount is the best of the best. Obviously the best university-level lecturer I have come across in my travels. He has inspired many young men and women to pursue advanced degrees in their lives. Once you've had a class with Ken Yount, it becomes like an addiction; You want to take more classes and more classes and learn all you can.

Fact. Dr. Yount is in the top 3 best teachers at Alderson-Broaddus and one of my favorite teachers I've had in my life. I wish he taught every subject, so I'd have him far more often. I've learned more from him in class than the majority of teachers I've ever had. I'm so thankful I've had him.

This professor influenced me more than anyother person in my academic career. A scholar and not dull as the boring student mentioned in a previous rating. Only boring students expect to be entertained. Dr. Yount is a man of the Enlightenment and most students today do not value academics they only value a job and money.
