Kevin Brown is a very kind professor who is receptive to the students in his classes. Almost every class period he would give us extensions on the homework because we did not understand a question or two. He is excellent at explaining tough concepts to people who have not dealt with math in a long time.

Dr. Brown is a kindly math wizard who has graced Southern's campus with his awe-inspiring number genius. Great professor, occasionally punny. Thoroughly enjoyed his Differential Equations class. Idk what is happening with his beard right now, but overall I give him a 10/10 WOULD RECOMMEND!!

I couldn't handle Algebra II at my high school so I took College Algebra from Brown over smartstart.. I got an A. He's so helpful. I'd take another class with him without a second thought.

He has a funny sense of humor it made the class enjoyable. His concern of his english abilities would be hilarious. The math is pretty clear and he makes it so that the tests are what we''ve covered in class or in assignments nothing that isn''t forewarned. He''s also handsome in a white and nerdy kind of way.

This course was on the computer with Dr. Brown in the class room. I barely passed Algebra II in highschool, but taking this class with Dr. Brown I passed with an A. He is very helpful and it's pretty much work at your own pace, although there is a suggested schedule. Just don't get behind.
