Dr. Charlwood is very passionate about his work and his students. He made Calc 3 easy enough to understand and was willing to help when needed. Don't think you can skip class because if you do you're on your own. You need to show up and listen because he sticks to his schedule and very rarely strays from it. He doesn't waste time on useless topics.

Prof Charlwood is a great teacher. If it wasn't for him, I probably wouldn't have passed Calculus. I would strongly recommend him if you aren't that great at math or want a smooth semester. He always makes time for questions. He doesn't assign homework, just practice problems and has a quiz over one problem from each section. He's overall great.

I don't know if there are any professors out there that could make calculus easy, but this course was just confusing to me. The students next to me understood most of it from high school and that's where I got most of my help. Assignments are pretty easy though and they do help your grade.

I thought Dr. Charlwood was a really great guy. The Calc II class was difficult, that was to be expected, but Charlwood teaches at any easy pace with lots of examples and explains well in class. His tests are fair and doable. Lately he's handed out a lot of extra credit, and I never had do do a group project. Easy disposition. Best 8 AM I've taken.

World's most annoying teacher. Completely unwilling to explain anything outside of class, and he hands out too much group work. As soon as you hand one group project in, he hands out the next one. Is far too excited at 8am, and actually waits for you to say how excited you are to be in class each morning. Lots of time wasted there. Awful class.

He is an awesome teacher, sometimes I get lost in his lectures, but his jokes bring me back to reality. Getting individual help from is kind of hard because he usually just confuses you more, but uses wonderful examples in class. He is a great teacher.

Dr. C was an awesome teacher. I highly recommend taking any class given by him. He teaches by doing examples, which for me was very helpful. Don't think this is an easy class, there is alot of work involved, but you WILL learn...the teaching makes it easy
